The vaginal secretions released during orgasm, preferably a simultaneous orgasm with the man, will facilitate the male sperm's journey and will hinder the female sperm's journey to the egg.
3. The timing of intercourse matters. If you want a boy, you should make sure to have sex within the 12 to 24 hours before conception occurs. This ensures that the male sperm won't die out.
